When it needs you mid-call
PRENK says, “Hey, one second, I gotta find this.” It texts you the question and waits. If you haven’t answered after 30 seconds, it calls your verified number. Your answer lets it continue the business call.
It can press keypad digits for phone menus. It identifies itself as an AI assistant and calls on your behalf. Calls are not recorded by this assistant.
